It worked great for about two days. Now it dont record anymore cant adjust settings correctly. Will not send emails. And when it does record. You have to check the previous date to show the current date. Please no one waste your money on this camera.

No different Than the very limited function Guardian App from Uniden...Waste of time to download. Hey Uniden why dont you update this App and the Camera firmware to provide at least some limited functionality and not just a jerky video feed... The D-Link DCS 942L is cheaper and far superior to this junk...

These cameras are $150 each but are useless without this app, so its key. The video quality even with strong wifi is blurry and no audio. No added functionality when display is in landscape, that is really annoying. Playback from motion detection is ok but should be able to delete right from playback, not have to close display, try to find what you were looking at, then delete, clumsy. Recording to ISO device would be great. Setup is simple and effective. Good start, now make this app work.

I purchased this camera specifically for the record and playback service. The app has changed and no longer works. Waste of my money and time. Your customer support is also rude and not helpful If I could give no stars I would.

Quite a useless product. I wish I had read the reviews on here before purchasing this camera. Playback doesnt work. In order to view video I have to climb a ladder to retrieve the micro sd card from the camera and then plug it into my computer. If your phone and the camera are not connected to the same wifi network they wont work together. Do yourself a favour, but something else.

Same problem no useful event menu,also cannot delete events,previous to September update to support hd it worked just fine,could you PLEASE revert back to the old software? Event search is very hard to use and events canot be deleted once they are found. Help

Current version not connecting to cameras.

Search function not working after iOS 9 update. This happens as no event found only if iPhone 5s is set to 24 hour time .

Zero notification to email and inconsistent recording of detected events. Customer service very poor.

The camera itself is excellent however the app is constantly crashing and useless and barely ever connects, if they fix the app itd get a 5 star rating!

Love to be able to access my cameras when Im not home. Great app for just that. Still shots too.

Ive followed all instructions but it wont connect to internet. Please help!!!! I have it on my iphone too and same problem. Will not connect. Im sure Im not seeing something probably really simple. Thanks.

The system was easy to install, gives OK pictures - I guess adequate for the price, but the app is very poor. I find that I have to shut down the app to get out of pictures. It is slow. It is not easy to navigate from one place to another. Perhaps if the previous reviewer thinks that those of us complaining have no idea how to use or set up this app, they could direct those of us that do have problems somewhere to resolve them of learn!

This app needs a lot of work! After a couple of tries I finally got it to work. However, after a loss of network connection it quit. With a connection loss you must go through complete setup procedures again. This would be unsat under the best of circumstances much less if it had been mounted outside.

Its not working.. Wont play any videos.. Keeps saying play back end.. Ive tried everything.. Whats going on?!

If you have app cam23’s that are more than a few weeks old (I have 8!!)….throw them away, the new app will not work with them. Plus, I would think twice about buying the NEW app cam23’s. They might come out with another app update and then you’ll have to throw THEM away too! NO response from uniden. Wish I hadn’t updated app now!

Just use the Guardian 2 app. Works just fine, video and all. Dont throw your cameras away.

I like the hardware (G955) easy to set up and works well. Software is poor and needs major upgrade soon. You need a Window PC to try set up an account and even then site worked so bad the day I tried I did not manage to do it. A software update yesterday did not make one bit of difference. Hope someone reads this as it has the potential to do a real good job and priced reasonably.
